Rent our coffee lab, cupping room and classroom in London.

The lab is available for ½ day, a full day, or even a whole week depending on your needs, and with or without a lab assistant to help run your event or course smoothly. It is equipped with sample roasting machines, grinders, kettles, brewing and cup tasting equipment alongside coffee analysing tools.  

Our flexible office space on the 2nd floor of the building (just above the lab) is also available as a classroom space and furnished to accommodate coffee courses and presentations. It can also be used for professional meetings or private events.  

Both spaces are available to hire individually, or as a Lab & Classroom Combo Hire. Hourly and Co-working rates are also available upon request.

The cupping lab can comfortably welcome up to 12 tasters and is equipped with all the tools required for coffee tastings: 150 cupping bowls, W.Wright cupping spoons, large tables, reverse osmosis water filtration, water boiler & kettles, Ditting Lab grinder, Probat and Ikawa sample roasting machines, and more. 

  • Ideal for private coffee tastings, sample roasting, green or roasted coffee analysis, brewing classes and coffee courses.

  • Available with or without a lab assistant.

  • Recommended maximum capacity of 12 people.

  • Hourly : £125 (£200 with an assistant)*

  • Half day : £300 (£500 with an assistant)*

  • Full day : £500 (£900 with an assistant)*

Co-working rates : 50% off listed price and a maximum of 3 people per organisation.

COFFEE LAB & CLASSROOM

  • Half day : £500 (£700 with an assistant)*

  • Full day : £800 (£1200 with an assistant)*
