Booking policy for Coffee Lab Hires

• 50% of the rental fee is requested as a deposit to secure the booking. The remaining 50% is due the day following the hire.

• You can reschedule or request a refund up to 14 days before the hire for free. After that period, you can reschedule or get a refund, minus 25% of the total fee, up to 7 days before the hire. After that time, a cancellation or refund is no longer possible and the 50% deposit is kept as a cancellation charge.

• We expect the premises to be treated with care and to be left in a reasonably clean state after the hire. In the case we would need to spend additional cleaning time, we reserve the right of charging an additional £60 as a cleaning fee, which would be added to the final invoice.

Booking policy for Bespoke Workshops

• Advance payment in full is required in order to secure the booking.

• You can reschedule or request a refund up to 14 days before the booking for free. After that period, you can reschedule or get a refund, minus 50% of the total fee, up to 7 days before the booking. After that time, a cancellation or refund is unfortunately no longer possible. If you cannot attend the workshop, you can transfer your booking to another person at anytime by notifying us by email.

Booking policy for Coffee Quality Institute® courses

• 50% of the course fee is requested as a deposit to secure the booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before the course date.

• You can reschedule or request a refund up to 30 days before the booking for free. After that period, you can reschedule or get a refund, minus 50% of the total fee, up to 14 days before the booking. After that time, a cancellation or refund is unfortunately no longer possible. If you cannot attend the course, you can transfer your booking to another person at anytime by notifying us by email.

If you need to cancel, modify or reschedule your booking or hire, please get in touch with us. We will do our best to find an appropriate solution.
